Hello and thank you for booking your spa day with Stardust! Here's some helpful info to get you started!
- Spa Members or those with a discount code must enter their personal code under "redeem coupon" to see the price adjustment on services.
- If you'd like to subscribe to spa membership to save 25% on all services for you and your family for 3, 6 or 12 months - purchase that first. You will be e-mailed a personal discount code as well as a code for a free service depending on what membership length you choose!
- Memberships automatically renew until canceled, so please mark your calendar for your renewal date. You will also get an e-mail reminder.
- There is a same day cancellation policy with a fee of up to 25% of your service cost. This fee can be waived your first time needing to cancel same day by rescheduling right away. If this becomes an ongoing issue you may be required to submit a deposit when booking in the future.
- After booking please take a moment to register for an account and save your information for faster scheduling and so we can establish a history that will help me serve you better. Note: Having a client booking account is not the same as having a Spa membership.
